The Chat Disappeared from My Site. What Do I Do?

Your AI didn't take a day off. If it's not showing, check these 4 points in order:

1. Are your credits depleted?

Look in the sidebar of your dashboard. Is the "Credits" counter at zero? If so, the AI hides itself. Buy credits.

2. Is the Master Switch Off?

Go to the "Widget Configuration" tab. Check if the "Widget" toggle is Green (Active) or Gray (Paused).

3. Did you clear your cache?

Browsers save old versions of the site. Open your site in an incognito tab (Ctrl+Shift+N). If the AI is there, the issue is just your browser cache.

4. Script Conflict

Did you paste the script in the middle of another piece of code (like Facebook Pixel)? The Pounce code should be on its OWN separate line, preferably right before </body>.
