Step by Step: Bringing Your AI Agent to Life

Before your AI agent starts engaging customers, it needs an identity. Follow the steps below exactly.

1. The Agent Name

Go to the "AI Brain" tab. In the Name field, DO NOT enter "Support" or "Store Bot". People buy from people. Use a real name. Example: "Sarah", "James", "Consultant Alex".

2. The Agent Photo (Avatar URL)

Go to the "Widget & Growth" tab. In the Photo URL field, paste an image link. The Secret: Use a photo of a real person, smiling with good lighting. This increases chat conversion rates by up to 35%.

3. The Opening Message

Still in the Widget tab, change the "Hook Message". Don't use "Can I help you?". Use something magnetic: "Hey! I noticed you're browsing our products. Want a special bonus if you buy today?"

Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the "Save All" button and you're done. Your agent is now alive.
