How to Test and Correct Your AI (Before Going Live)

Never send a salesperson to the shop floor without an interview first. Pounce learns from you in real time.

1. How to Test

Open the "Inbox & Training" tab in the side menu. Pretend you're a difficult customer.

In the message field, type: "Why is this product so expensive?" and see how it handles the negotiation.

2. Correcting Mistakes (The Key Trick)

If the AI gives an answer you don't like (e.g., it offered a 20% discount, but you only authorize 5%), don't panic.

On the AI's incorrect message, click the "Correct Response" button (pencil icon).

A screen will open. Delete the bad response and write the EXACT response you want it to give next time. Example: "I understand, but our product is premium. The most I can offer is 5% off for bank transfer. Shall we close the deal?"

Click "Save Rule". This rule immediately goes to the AI Brain. It will never make that mistake with any customer again.
