Hotmart does not allow pasting code directly. You MUST use Google Tag Manager (GTM). Don't try it any other way.
1. Go to tagmanager.google.com and create a free account.
2. Click "Tags" > "New".
3. For Tag Configuration, choose "Custom HTML".
4. Paste the Pounce code inside.
5. For "Triggering", create a trigger for "All Pages".
6. Save and click "Submit" (Publish) in GTM. Copy your GTM ID (e.g., GTM-XXXXX).
1. Go to Hotmart, navigate to "Tools" > "Tracking Pixel".
2. Select your product and click "Google Tag Manager".
3. Paste your GTM ID and save for all payment methods.
Hotmart will now send page views to GTM, which fires the AI on your customer's payment screen.
