Pounce works on a "Fuel" model. Each response the AI gives burns 1 message credit. What the customer types is free.
You subscribe to a monthly plan (e.g., Starter $49). This keeps the system running and gives you a renewable monthly quota (e.g., 500 credits).
If your site booms and you burn through your credits in 15 days, the AI will pause so you're not charged unexpectedly.
To get it selling again, go to the "Credits Store" tab and buy an add-on pack. These extra credits NEVER EXPIRE.
Financial Tip: Buy larger packs (Scale Kit). You get steep discounts and the cost per message becomes incredibly cheap.
