If the money landed in your account, but the dashboard didn't track it, this is 100% a missing script on the final page.
1. Pounce must be installed on the final page (where the customer reads "Purchase Approved").
2. If you sell on Hotmart, you didn't publish the GTM container.
3. If you use Yampi or Shopify, you forgot to paste the script in the Checkout/Additional Scripts section.
Review the installation tutorials and place a test order to ensure the Thank You Page loads our tracking code.
