We started small — three people, one room, no plan beyond “help one local business work better online.” Within six months we were seeing patterns. Most platforms were pricing themselves for venture-funded startups, not for the corner barbershop. So we tried something simple: build what we wished existed when we were on the other side of the counter. A site that gets you found. A chat that captures every lead. One bill instead of seven.

The first version was rough. The second was better. By the tenth iteration we realized we weren't building software — we were building a story owners could tell themselves: this is the day my business stopped being invisible.

Today, thousands of business owners use what started in that one room. Most of them tell us the same thing: it didn't feel like adopting software, it felt like getting their afternoon back.
