By using Pounce, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Pounce is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform. We provide an AI chat widget, behavioral tracking, analytics, and insights for your website.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for your account security.

One account per person or business.

You must be 18 years or older to use Pounce.

Trial: $6.90 one-time, 130 conversations, 7 days full access to all features.

Starter: $49/month, 500 conversations.

Growth: $99/month, 2,000 conversations.

Scale: $259/month, 7,000 conversations.

Conversations beyond your plan limit are charged at your plan's overage rate at the end of each billing cycle.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

No refunds for partial billing periods.

Do not use Pounce for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI or the platform.

Do not resell access without a Scale plan.

Do not use Pounce to collect sensitive personal data (SSN, medical records) through the chat widget.

Pounce uses AI to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect.

You are responsible for training your AI agent with accurate business information.

Pounce is not liable for sales lost or incorrect information provided by the AI agent.

You are responsible for informing your website visitors that an AI chat agent is active.

You must comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) when using Pounce on your website.

You grant Pounce permission to collect visitor interaction data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pounce and its technology are owned by NOMARK DIGITAL ENTERPRISE LTDA.

Your business data, conversation history, and training content remain yours.

You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the service.

Pounce is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You can cancel your account anytime from your dashboard.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
